Garlic Loach

After the loach is slaughtered, wash and cut into sections, add cooking wine, and marinate in salt for a while.

Saute garlic in a pot, add loach, add soy sauce, cooking wine, salt to taste, add water, and cook for ten minutes on medium heat.

Add green and red peppers before serving, stir fry for a while, add chicken essence to taste, and serve on a plate.
