I have liked to eat lobster since I was a child, and I prefer to cook lobster by myself after work. It’s so happy to eat my own lobster.

Garlic Lobster

1. Use scissors to cut off the beards and tongs of the lobsters you bought (so I think the lobsters are very refreshing and clean). After the lobsters are cut, use a brush to clean the lobsters one by one, and then wash them with clean water three to four times.

2. Ginger, garlic, spiced, etc. are ready, heat in a frying pan, fry until fragrant, pour in the lobster

3. Add beer, boil over high heat, add sugar, salt, and light soy sauce in turn. After 5 minutes, add the garlic paste, cook slowly over medium heat, taste the taste halfway through, and add seasonings according to personal taste.

4. Add some coriander to increase the fragrance (I burned two pots in total, one grated garlic and the other thirteen)
