Garlic Long Bean
1.
The garlic is smashed and cut into mashed garlic. Wash the long beans and pick them into small pieces.
2.
Add rapeseed oil to the pot. When it is hot, add garlic mash to explode the fragrance. Lengthen the beans and stir-fry for 5 minutes. This is very important. Be sure to stir-fry for a while.
3.
Add salt to the long beans and continue to fry for a while, then add a large bowl of water at one time. The amount of water must be sufficient, so that the long beans will be more delicious when they are cooked through.
4.
When the water in the pot is only 1/4, add chicken essence and take it out of the pot
Tips:
Personally, I think the long beans fried in rapeseed oil are more fragrant and delicious than those fried in salad oil. Of course, some people who are not used to eating rapeseed oil can also use salad oil instead, but the amount of oil is a little more than that of rapeseed oil to taste delicious.
