Garlic Loofah

Wash and peel the loofah, prepare garlic and green onions

Cut peeled loofah into hob pieces

Chop garlic into minced pieces, chopped green onions into chopped green onions

Put oil in the wok, then put the pepper, green onions, and a little minced garlic in the pan. Don't put all the minced garlic in the pan. Save it for a while until it is out of the pan.
