Garlic Mushroom
1.
Weigh and prepare the required ingredients;
2.
Remove the stalk of Tricholoma and set aside;
3.
Mix mushrooms with garlic cloves, add chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, and some olive oil (I added about 15 grams), stir well, and taste for 30 minutes;
4.
Adjust the electric grill to the highest heat, and after preheating for 5 minutes, brush with an appropriate amount of olive oil;
5.
Spread the delicious mushrooms and garlic cloves on the baking tray, and at the same time adjust the temperature control knob of the baking tray to lower the temperature;
6.
Slowly fry the bottom of the mushroom until golden brown, turn it over;
7.
Continue to fry the mushrooms and garlic cloves until the top of the mushrooms turns golden brown. When the garlic cloves are mature, sprinkle some sea salt;
8.
Serve as soon as it is served, and eat while it is hot.
Tips:
1. Frying and roasting Tricholoma, the stalk is not easy to be heated evenly, the cut stalk can be used to make mushroom soup, don't throw it away;
2. Do not sprinkle sea salt in advance, as it will lose the soup in the mushrooms and affect the taste;
3. The roasted mushrooms will have soup, which is very delicious. Be careful not to spill it when serving;
4. The roasted garlic cloves have a soft taste and the spiciness is basically lost. It goes well with the mushrooms.
