Garlic Mushrooms

Clean the mushrooms quickly and dry the water with kitchen paper or a clean towel.

Mince garlic and chop parsley leaves.

Put the butter in the pan and cook until it melts.

Add minced garlic and saute.

Add mushrooms and stir well.

Sprinkle salt and fry until the mushrooms begin to shrink. (If the mushrooms are relatively dry, you can add a little water or stock. The mushrooms with salt will usually produce water, so don't use too much water or stock.)
7.
Sprinkle with black pepper and parsley and mix well.

Buttery garlic with mushrooms, suitable for western and Chinese food.
