Garlic Oil Lettuce

I buy fresh lettuce and remove the old leaves. The lettuce I bought is not big, very fresh and crispy. Soak it in light salt water for about 10 minutes, and then rinse it off repeatedly.

The garlic is peeled and washed, smashed and cut a few times. Garlic is a little bit more, this dish depends on garlic to enhance the flavor.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, saute the five-spice powder and half of the minced garlic, leave half of it before adding it out of the pan, and the garlic will be more fragrant.

Add in the lettuce and stir fry, about 1 minute, the lettuce changes color, don't fry it too old.

Add salt and the remaining half of the minced garlic to taste.

Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
1. Stir-fried lettuce with veggie, stir-fry quickly over high heat.
2. You can put a little more garlic and put it in twice to achieve the purpose of strong garlic fragrance.
