Garlic Okra

After washing the okra, cut off the roots, blanch it in boiling water for 2 minutes, remove it and put it in cold water for cooling.

Take out the blanched okra from the cold water, cut it in half from the middle, and place it on the plate.

Mix light soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken essence, sugar in a bowl, add a small amount of oil to the pot, add minced garlic and red pepper after the oil is heated, stir up the aroma, pour in the seasoning, add water starch to thicken the sauce after boiling.

Pour the juice on top of the okra in the plate and it's fine.
