Garlic Okra

Wash the okra.

Cut off the root of the okra, and then cut it open in the middle.

Cut them all up and place them on the plate.
4.
Prepare a few cloves of garlic.
5.
Use a garlic press to form garlic paste.

Heat up a pan with cold oil, and stir fragrant garlic.
7.
Sprinkle the mashed garlic on the okra, then add a little light soy sauce.
8.
After the water boils, steam for 6 or 7 minutes.
Tips:
1. The okra should be tender, the skin should be smooth and not scratched, and should not be too big.
2. The okra is quite cooked, so don't let the fire become too big.
