Garlic Okra

After soaking the okra in salt water for ten minutes, blanch the whole root in water for 4 minutes.

Finely chop garlic and millet pepper.
3.
Drain the okra out of cold water, then remove the stems and seeds and cut into two pieces.
4.
Drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce.
5.
Add hot oil to a bowl of garlic paste, then add some vinegar and pour it on the okra.
