Garlic Open Back Shrimp

1. Chopped ginger, onion and garlic

2. Shrimp trimmed

3. Open back

4. Clean the shrimp one by one

5. Heat oil in a pot, add ginger, onion and garlic until fragrant

6. Put shrimp
