Garlic Open Back Shrimp

Cut off the shrimp whiskers and the shrimp gun.

Use scissors to cut the shell from the back of the shrimp so that it will be easier to open the back with a knife.

Use it to cut from the back, connect the bottom together, remove the lower thread, and pat again with a knife to fully open the back of the shrimp.

Put it on the plate.

Peel the garlic and chop it into garlic paste with a knife.

Add oyster sauce.

Then add olive oil.

Put the minced red pepper, if you don't like it or leave it alone, stir evenly with a little salt.

Spoon the minced garlic onto the shrimp.

Boil water in a pot, put the shrimp on the grate, and steam for 8 minutes.

Tips:
1. The salt content in oyster sauce is relatively high. You can also use oyster sauce without adding salt.
2. The red pepper ring does not have or can not be left, it will not affect the taste.
