Garlic Oysters
1.
Cut garlic, green onion and pepper into froth
2.
Turn off the heat when the oil is hot. You can use a little more oil to make it fragrant. Pour the chopped froth together and serve it out when it has a fragrance. Don't let the garlic zoom.
3.
After the vermicelli is soaked softly, scald it with boiling water to remove it. This tastes better than steaming directly!
4.
Cover the vermicelli on the oysters and serve with a spoonful of garlic. Be sure to include the oil together! Steam for 5-7 minutes after boiling the water.
5.
Pour in the right amount of steamed fish soy sauce after being out of the pot!
Tips:
After the oyster is pried open, you can cut off the other meat column and choose a deeper shell to put it in. You can put more fans, and it's convenient to eat one bite at a time!
For the first time my friends who read my recipes, they are satisfied with garlic, and they can also try my mayonnaise baked oysters. There is a surprise~
