Garlic Oysters

Oysters are slowly becoming plump this season. Those who like to eat oysters are a blessing! I bought the freshest raw oysters in the aquatic product market as early as possible. Wash the raw oysters with running water and a brush. Open the lid and dig out the oyster meat with a knife for later use.

Oysters are steamed in a steamer with cold water and covered because it is cold water, so it can be steamed for 15 minutes. If the water is boiled and then steamed, it only takes 3 to 5 minutes. If it takes too long, it will easily affect the taste!
