Garlic Oysters

Wash the oysters and set aside

Chop garlic into puree, add appropriate amount of oil to a pot on low heat, add minced garlic, stir fry with oyster sauce

Add salt, ginger powder, old hen powder and stir fry for a fragrance, and the garlic will change color as shown in the figure

Put the fried garlic into the pot with cold water on the oysters, and steam for 8 minutes after the water is boiled
5.
Steam it and take it out for later use
6.
Spread the chopped shallots and chilies on top and you can eat
