Garlic Pasta
1.
Add a teaspoon of salt to the water in the pot and add the pasta
2.
Add a little olive oil to the cooking water to prevent sticking. Cook the pasta until 8 or 9 minutes, remove it and keep it dry for later use. Don’t use cold water, it will be used soon. Don’t pour out the noodle soup.
3.
Mince garlic, chop Thai pepper and basil leaves and set aside
4.
When the pot is hot, add the minced garlic and pour in the olive oil. (The oil should cover the amount of minced garlic; the fire should be low and the garlic should not be fried)
5.
When the garlic oil is slightly bubbling, add the chopped basil and chili and stir well
6.
Add a spoonful of noodle soup
7.
Add crushed black pepper and a little salt to the soup
8.
Pour the noodles into the soup, fry until the pasta absorbs the soup, then it can be out of the pot (just sprinkle some garlic and basil before it is out of the pot and stir-fry until it tastes better)
Tips:
1. Adding salt when cooking noodles will make the noodles delicious. Add olive oil to prevent sticking
2. When frying garlic, the fire should be low so that the garlic will not be smashed
3. Add some minced garlic and basil before it is out of the pot, it will be more fragrant.
4. Basil has its own unique scent, but it's okay to use coriander without basil
