Garlic Pork Liver

Slice pig liver and rinse repeatedly until the water is clear

After the water boils, put the liver slices into singe water. Pour in a little cooking wine to get rid of fishy

Cut green and red peppers into small sections for later use

Shred ginger, slice garlic

Rinse the blood powder of the liver slices, and mix the cooking wine, salt, chicken essence and starch with the liver.

Put oil in a pot, garlic slices and shredded ginger until fragrant

Stir-fry green and red peppers
8.
Stir-fry the liver slices in the pan, pour in the right amount of soy sauce, salt and chicken essence before coming out of the pan.
