Garlic Pumpkin

1. Peel the pumpkin, remove the flesh and wash

2. Garlic cloves, flattened and minced

3. Cut the pumpkin into thin slices, put on a plate, sprinkle with minced garlic and a pinch of salt on top

4. Put it on the steaming rack and steam for 10 minutes

5. Sprinkle chopped green onion while it's hot, and top with scallion oil.
