Garlic Pumpkin

Cut the pumpkin into cubes of about two centimeters.

Chop the green onion, parsley, garlic and set aside.
3.
Put the pumpkin in a microwave container, add a little salt and minced garlic.
4.
Cover with plastic wrap and make some small holes with toothpicks.
5.
High heat for five minutes, remove and add chopped green onion and coriander, drizzle with a little sesame oil and serve.
