Garlic Pumpkin Soup

Wash the pumpkin, peel off the pumpkin seeds, cut into thick slices, mince garlic

Heat oil in a pan, turn low heat, pour in the minced garlic and fry until fragrant, then pour in pumpkin and turn to high heat

Stir-fry for about a minute, pour in water to boil, turn to medium-low heat and simmer
4.
Add salt and pepper when boiling until soft and rotten. You can leave it alone if you don't like the taste of pepper. Turn off the heat and get out of the pot.
