Garlic Red Amaranth

Wash the red amaranth and drain the water for later use.

Chop garlic and set aside.

Boil the water in the wok, add the oil to heat, pour the garlic into the saute, then pour the red amaranth and stir fry.

Stir-fry for 30 seconds, and put in an appropriate amount of salt.
5.
If the red amaranth is too dry and juicy during the stir-frying process, pour an appropriate amount of water and continue stir-frying.
6.
Stir fry until soft, as shown in the picture.
7.
Just install it.
Tips:
Contraindications: Amaranth should not be eaten with soft-shelled turtle and turtle meat.
