Garlic Red Amaranth

Prepare the ingredients: select the appropriate amount of red amaranth, wash the tender leaves and set aside. Peel the garlic and cut into dices.

Cut the amaranth with a knife.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic diced to low heat and stir fry until it is fragrant.

After stir-frying the aroma, pour in the amaranth and stir-fry on high heat. When the amaranth becomes soft, add some salt and a little chicken essence to taste.
