Garlic Red Amaranth

Wash the red amaranth

Separate the amaranth stem from the leaves
3.
Minced garlic shallot
4.
Heat oil in a pan, pour half of the minced garlic and sauté

Pour the amaranth stalks and stir-fry until soft
6.
Add amaranth leaves
7.
Put in salt
8.
Add chicken essence and stir well
9.
Put in other common minced garlic and serve it on the plate
Tips:
This is a fast-handed dish. The whole process is fast-fried, and it doesn't take long to fry. Mine is a bit too long, and the fry is a bit older.
