Garlic Red Amaranth
1.
A handful of red amaranth. Remove the roots of the red amaranth.
2.
Wash it 3 times in clean water.
3.
Drain the washed red amaranth and chop the garlic.
4.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and saute.
5.
Pour in the red amaranth and stir fry a few times.
6.
Add 1 tablespoon of starch with a little water, mix thoroughly, and pour into the pot.
7.
After stir-frying evenly, when the amaranth stalks are soft, add salt and season them out.
Tips:
The effect of water-added starch can make the fried red amaranth taste more tender and smooth, without astringency.
