Garlic Rib

Add some salt, ginger, cooking wine and light soy sauce to the ribs, mix well and marinate for five minutes.

Crush a large amount of garlic into garlic granules, mix well, put it in the refrigerator and marinate for more than three hours with a lid.

Take the marinated ribs out into a bowl, add an egg and mix well.

Then add an appropriate amount of starch, so that a film can be formed on the surface of the ribs.

Boil the oil in the pan. When the oil reaches 50% or 60% of the heat, put the ribs in the pan and slowly fry them on a low heat, and take them out when they are eight or nine mature.

Increase the oil temperature on high heat, put the ribs inside and fry them until golden brown for later use.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add garlic and stir-fry until golden.

Add the green and red pepper diced to the inside and stir fry.

Put the fried ribs into the pot and stir fry.

Stir-fry for a few times, add a little salt and pepper and continue to stir-fry.

Serve it.
Tips:
1. It is best to use straight ribs. Add a little salt and ground ginger to marinate for five minutes until the bottom taste; then add a lot of garlic to marinate the ribs. It must be marinated for a long time, preferably overnight.
2. To deep-fry the ribs, first deep-fry the ribs on a medium-to-low fire until they are eight or nine mature.
3. Fry the fried ribs with minced garlic to make the garlic more delicious.
