Garlic Scallops

The scallops are killed and cleaned by the seller at the seafood market, and just rinse them when they go home.

Soak the vermicelli until soft, cut into small pieces, and place on the scallops.

Mince garlic, mince millet, add steamed fish and soy sauce and stir evenly.

Tips:
The oil must be very hot, and it must make a sound when it is poured. Millet spicy comes according to your own taste. If you don’t like spicy food, just put garlic, because I am from Sichuan, so I prefer the taste, hehe!
