Garlic Shrimp Fried Rice

Prepare the necessary ingredients, the rice should be dried

Peel the chilled shrimp, put a little salt and cooking wine to marinate, put a little egg white for fried rice, and a little cornstarch; chop lettuce leaves into thin strips, finely chop garlic, put half together with shredded lettuce, and half alone

Fry the garlic, put some oil in the pan, just add the half of the garlic and stir it, then slowly fry the golden brown on low heat and remove it

Place two napkins on the plate, put the fried garlic upside down and spread it out so that the paper towels absorb oil

Boil the shrimps in boiling water, beat the eggs, and set aside

Put a little bottom oil in the pan. The oil temperature should not be too high. Put the beaten eggs into quick fry. Don't wait for the eggs to be fully cooked. Put the rice and stir-fry immediately. The fire should be lower. Wait until the eggs and rice are all fried and sticky. When they are together, stir-fry on high heat, add salt and pepper, and stir-fry for three to four minutes.

Then add the blanched shrimp and stir-fry for two minutes. Finally, add the shredded lettuce and the other half of the raw garlic. Stir-fry for ten seconds.
