Garlic Shrimp that is Delicious Enough to Lick Your Fingers

Buy fresh shrimp, wash it back and forth, shred ginger, mince garlic, and cut green onion into sections

Put the oil in the pan, heat it up, put the ginger and the shrimp into the pan and turn on high heat and stir fry for a few times. Adjust to the minimum heat and stir-fry until the shrimp oil comes out. Set aside for later use.

Tips:
Be sure to use fresh live shrimp, you don't need to put the cooking wine when you stir fry!
