Garlic Silkworm Pupa

Prepare ginger, garlic, dried pepper and silkworm pupa

Pour oil into the pot, and stir-fry the pepper, ginger, and dried pepper until the oil temperature is 7 to 80% hot.

Pour in silkworm chrysalis, add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry on low heat. When there is no salt or a small amount of salt sand at the bottom of the pot, add garlic sprouts and fry the garlic fragrant.
Tips:
1. Silkworm chrysalis are dry and fresh. If they are fried fresh, they need more oil;
2. The ingredients can be changed according to your own taste.
