Garlic Snow Peas

Remove the stalks at both ends of snow peas and wash them.

Put water in the pot, add snow peas to blanch for 30 seconds after boiling, remove the cold water.
3.
Put oil in the wok, add minced garlic to saute when the oil is hot, stir fry for a while and put in oyster sauce, stir fry evenly, out of the pan!
Tips:
Snow peas must maintain a crisp taste, and the blanching and frying time should not be too long.
