Garlic Spicy Chicken Wings

Clean the chicken wings, cut two knives on the back of the wings to the bone, then place in a container, add 1 tablespoon of pepper powder, 1/2 tablespoon of cayenne paprika, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, 1 salt Teaspoon, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon of brandy (cooking wine is also acceptable). Tips:
1. It is best to bake the chicken wings first before grilling the surface. Cover with tin foil to keep moisture during the first baking, so that the meat will not be too woody;
2. Put a steaming rack in the baking tray to separate the chicken wings from the baking tray. First, prevent the chicken wings from sticking to the baking tray, and second, let the juice drip to keep the bottom of the chicken wings dry;
