Garlic Spicy Pork Ears

For each material, only half of the pig’s ears are used, and the surface stuff is basically cleaned up by the meat seller

Chop the garlic, chili pepper, and shallots, mix with the seasoning ingredients, set aside

Wash pig ears with coarse salt for more than three times and soak thoroughly in water

Take a pot, put an appropriate amount of water, add wine, salt, ginger, coriander

Cook the pig ears over medium heat for 45 minutes

After the pig's ears are cooked until soft and cooked, turn off the heat and let cool until completely cool
