Garlic Spicy Shrimp

Line out the shrimp. Wash it up. Control dry water. Salt. MSG. pepper powder. Mix well. It takes about an hour and a half.

Bring the oil to a boil. Add dried chilies. Then add the garlic paste. Fry it. (After the garlic is finished, put it in a small bowl until some cooked oil is mixed well so that it won't dry up when it's fried).

The seasoning frys into a fragrance. Put the shrimp in again. Fry until golden brown. Just see the oil turn red.
Tips:
Two spoons of oil will do. Salt. MSG. pepper powder. My seasoning spoon. It's the little white spoon in KFC. The oil spoon I added is the kind of spoon in the hot pot restaurant. I saw the oil in the pan turned red when I was frying the shrimp. That's it.
