Garlic Spinach

Home-grown spinach.

Wash the roots.
3.
Finely chop garlic.
4.
Boil the water, remove it in cold water, squeeze out the excess water, and cut into sections.
5.
Heat a pot with a little oil, pour in garlic and saute, then pour in spinach, add salt, and stir fry.
6.
Take out the pan and serve.

Simple and delicious.
