Garlic Sturgeon
1.
Half a fresh sturgeon fish, wash and cut into sections for later use.
2.
Add a little salt and measure dry water. Peel the garlic and slice the ginger.
3.
Mix 2 bowls of oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce, and water. Set aside.
4.
Pick up a frying pan, and saute the garlic and ginger.
5.
Add the sturgeon fish, spread it flat, don't turn it frequently, so the fish will rot.
6.
After about 2 minutes, turn the fish over and add the cooking wine.
7.
Add the prepared sauce and flip the fish pieces gently.
8.
Cover and simmer for 8 minutes. Add coriander and green onion, simmer for one minute, turn off the heat and serve.
