Steamed Sturgeon
1.
Clean up the sturgeon. It is best to let the seller kill it and wash it, because the sturgeon needs to be scalded in boiling water to remove the scales.
2.
The fish was too long and had to be chopped from the middle. Make a few cuts on the fish to make it more delicious.
3.
Cut the green onions and then cut them, slice the ginger, put in the plate, put the sturgeon, wipe the cooking wine, wipe the salt, and put ginger slices on the cut parts. Marinate for 30 minutes.
4.
Put water in the pot. After the water is boiled, put it on a plate with fish and steam for more than 10 minutes.
5.
After steaming, pour out part of the water, and remove the ginger slices and green onions.
6.
Put the freshly chopped green onion on top.
7.
Put oil in the pot, heat it and pour it on the fish, and finally pour some steamed fish soy sauce.
8.
The green onion is a bit too much, haha, I can't see the fish anymore.
Tips:
I steamed it for 12 minutes, so let’s be flexible according to the size of the fish.
