Steamed Sturgeon with Black Bean Sauce

Rinse the sturgeon, marinate it with cooking wine and salt for 15-20 minutes, and then rinse again. (In this way, the fish will not have a fishy smell.)

Shred the ginger and cut the green onions into small pieces.

Put half of shredded ginger and green onion on the bottom of the plate. (I used the biggest plate in the house.)

Mix the garlic and black bean sauce with sugar, spread them evenly on the fish, arrange them on the plate, and sprinkle with the remaining shredded ginger and green onion.

Bring water to a boil, put the fish into steam for 10 minutes, sprinkle with the remaining chopped green onion, and simmer for 2 minutes.

The fish is delicious.
