Garlic Sweet Potato Leaves

Soak the sweet potato leaves in baking soda for 15 minutes, pick and wash them.

Peel and mince garlic.
3.
Heat the wok, add the lard, wait for the oil to melt, add the minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add the sweet potato leaves and stir fry.
5.
Stir-fry the sweet potato leaves until soft.
6.
Add a small half spoon of table salt.
7.
Put a spoonful of light soy sauce.
8.
Stir evenly and turn off the heat.
