Garlic Sweet Potato Leaves

Fresh and tender sweet potato leaves just picked.

Wash the sweet potato leaves and cut into sections.

Cut the fatty pork belly into slices and put it in a pot over low heat to boil out the oil (sweet potato leaves are cold, and some fatty meat is more fragrant when burning).
