Garlic Toast

Slice garlic, chop onion and shallots for later use.

Dice toast.

Saute garlic, onion and shallots in a hot pan until fragrant.

Add toast grains and stir fry evenly.
5.
Spread greased paper on the baking tray, and pour all the toast grains and spices in the pan on the greased paper.
6.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees, spread the toast grains on greased paper and put them in the oven for about 8 minutes.
7.
Take out the golden surface of the toast grains.
8.
Serve with tomato sauce.
