Garlic Tobiko Sausage Baguette
1.
Prepare ingredients.
2.
Cut the baguette into large pieces diagonally. The size of the cut noodles is slightly longer than the flying fish roe intestines.
3.
The garlic is flattened with a knife and cut into minced garlic. The butter melts at room temperature. If you are in a hurry, you can heat it in the microwave for one minute.
4.
Mix the minced garlic with the butter.
5.
Spread the garlic butter evenly on the cut surface of the baguette.
6.
In the oven at 200 degrees, bake the flying fish roe sausage and the French loaf together for 10 minutes. When the baguette is slightly yellow and fragrant, and the roe sausage is cooked, it will be ready to cook
7.
Take out the baked baguette and spread it with vegetable mayonnaise. You can also apply other sauces you like. I sometimes put yellow mustard sauce.
8.
Put the flying fish roe sausage on top, either whole or cut open.
9.
Enjoy it beautifully!
