Garlic Tofu

1. Add a spoonful of salt to the boiling water and stir well, soak the tofu in the boiling water for 15 minutes.

2. Chop garlic, stir starch with a small amount of water to form water starch, chopped green onion, and a spoonful of garlic chili sauce.

3. Add a spoonful of oil, a spoonful of light soy sauce, 5 grams of sugar, and a spoonful of water to the garlic to make a sauce.

4. Heat oil in a pan, add tofu and fry.

5. Fry until golden on both sides, pull out one side, add garlic chili sauce and stir fry to create a fragrance.

6. Add a tablespoon of stock and simmer for about three minutes.

7. When the soup is fast-drying, add the mixed sauce and stir fry evenly.

8. Thicken the thick gorgon with water starch and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

9. Take out the pan and serve.

Tips:

The hot sauce, oil-consuming, and light soy sauce are enough, so you don’t need to add salt. Add a little bit if you have a heavy taste.
