Garlic Vegetable Moss

1. Soak the cabbage moss in baking soda water for 15 minutes, wash and remove.

2. Fold the cabbage moss into sections.

3. Heat up the wok and add oil. When the oil is hot, add the cabbage moss and stir fry.

4. Stir-fry until the color is slightly cooked.

5. Add an appropriate amount of salt.

6. Pour in some light soy sauce.

7. After serving the pan, top with a spoonful of garlic sauce.
