Garlic Vermicelli and Shiitake Mushrooms
1.
Prepare the ingredients, remove the stems and wash the shiitake mushrooms, soak the shiitake mushrooms and peppers in light salt water for about 10 minutes, then repeatedly wash them, peel the garlic, and soak the vermicelli in cold water for about 1 hour in advance, soak until soft.
2.
After blanching shiitake mushrooms, take them out and wash them again and again.
3.
Make a few vertical and horizontal cuts on the back of the shiitake mushrooms. Don't cut them thoroughly for easy flavor. The soaked vermicelli is softer and easy to handle. Chop the pepper and garlic separately and put them in a small bowl.
4.
Add half a tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of Vidamei Premium Light Soy Sauce, and 1 tablespoon of Vidamei Premium Oyster Sauce in a bowl and mix well.
5.
Put the fans evenly on each of the shiitake mushrooms, it was pretty good, but in the end, the leftover fans would not be so good to put them on, but fortunately, it doesn't affect the appetite. Pour the prepared garlic sauce on the vermicelli on each shiitake mushroom.
6.
Add appropriate amount of water to the electric skillet, and put the prepared garlic vermicelli and mushrooms on the steamer. Bring to a boil, steam for 5 minutes, turn off the heat.
7.
When the time is up, take out the steamed vegetables.
Tips:
Don't let the steaming time pass. It is just right to steam for 5 minutes. The vermicelli is soft and transparent, and the taste is particularly good.
