Alpine baby cabbage is a specialty of Yunnan, China. The vegetable is fresh and tender, sweet and delicious. Garlic Vermicelli Baby Dish

1. Wash baby vegetables. The vermicelli is soaked in warm water in advance to soften.

2. Remove the larger leaves of baby cabbage and cut in half. Divide the choy sum into 6 equal parts.

3. Bring the water to a boil, add a little cooking oil and half a teaspoon of salt.

4. Pour baby cabbage and blanch for about 1 minute.
