Garlic Vermicelli Baby Dish

Soak the vermicelli in boiling water to soften

Wash baby cabbage and cut into pieces, boil water in a pot, add a little salt to the water, add baby cabbage

Blanch until the baby cabbage becomes soft, remove and serve

Drain the vermicelli and put it on top of baby cabbage

Add oil in hot pan, add minced garlic and saute

Add bell peppers and sauté until fragrant, add salt and light soy sauce, add a little water to boil

Pour on baby cabbage, boil the water and steam for six minutes
Tips:
Fans must be soaked in advance. If you like spicy food, you can replace sweet peppers with millet peppers. The steaming time is not fixed, and the time can be adjusted according to the size of the baby cabbage.
