Garlic Vermicelli Open Back Shrimp

Wash the green onion, ginger, and garlic separately

Fans soak in advance

Put it on the bottom of the plate, on top of the shrimp shop

Put cold oil in a pan, add minced ginger and garlic, stir fry

Fry until it turns yellow

Add minced ginger and garlic to the open back shrimp

Put the pot on high heat and steam for about 12-15 minutes, then sprinkle chopped green onions out of the pot and drizzle with hot oil
Tips:
When you open the back, pay attention to deep fry the minced ginger and garlic. Remember to use cold oil and a cold pan. It is very important to pour hot oil when out of the pan.
The specific steaming time needs to be adjusted according to the size of the shrimp.
I can make two plates for my serving size, and adjust the amount of vermicelli and mashed garlic by myself.
