Garlic White Fungus

The amount of white fungus is soaked in advance and torn into small pieces.

Dice the chicken thighs and marinate them with oil, cooking wine and starch in advance. Wash snow peas to remove the tendons. Dice a lot of garlic cloves.

Tips:
The whole process is fast-fried on high fire, and it does not need to be fry for a long time because the ingredients are easy to cook.
