Binaural Egg Butter
1.
Prepare ingredients.
2.
Cut the fungus and white fungus into finely divided pieces.
3.
Divide the minced meat into two parts (mix well in advance with cooking wine, soy sauce, scallion and ginger), and add the fungus and white fungus to each.
4.
Beat the eggs as much as possible into a delicate shape, put them in a small frying pan, and take them out when the egg liquid is slightly condensed. (I made 7 pancakes with three eggs)
5.
Spread a layer of fungus meat.
6.
Put another fried egg pie on the fungus meat pie, and then smear the white fungus meat.
7.
In this way, put a total of 6 layers (optional), put the last omelet on the meat filling, put it in the steamer, and steam for about ten to fifteen minutes on high heat.
8.
Pour out the steamed soup and change to another plate.
Tips:
1. Don't put oil in the meat, choose more refined meat, or it will be very greasy.
2. If you don’t have a small pot like mine at home, use a large pot, a non-stick pan with no or less oil, and fry it into a large omelet, make a Ruyi roll, or directly roll it up, or cut it into small pieces. Steaming in the shape of dots is all right, so let your imagination run wild!
