Garlic White Meat

Add sliced ginger, green onion, pepper and a little bit of cooking wine with two cuts of meat (fat and thin meat is also OK) cook it (insert chopsticks in bloodless water) if the inside is not cooked, slice it and blanch it in boiling water for a few seconds.
